Pack CK? The pack CK is a Cameo Keepsake 8x10
print with one image as a black and white and the other image in color.
It is a named product including the current school year.
- What happens
if I forget to send money on picture day? With
School Pics™ proof program, all children are photographed without money
collected. Proofs are delivered to school one week later. You make your
selection from the proof card and return it to school by the posted Due
I have to return the proof card if I am not ordering portraits at this time?
Yes. Proof cards are the property of School Pics™ and must be returned even
if you choose not to order. If you plan to order at a later date, write
down the ID# and return the proof card. You may then place a late order
by calling our officeat 480-664-1820. Please Note: a $5 late fee applies
to all orders placed after the Proof Card Return Due Date to cover special
- May I still order
after the "Proofs Due" date?
YES. Check the Delivery Status of your school. If the status box says, "Proofs
at School", then you may still return them to school without incurring a
late fee. If it is past the due date on the proof card, then mail your proofs
to our office. Don't forget to include a late fee at this time. We will
try to include your order with the rest of the school's orders. If we have
already submitted the job to our lab, your order will
be processed after orders, which were placed by the due date, are delivered
I send my proof card in with an order and pay at a later date?
No. All orders must be paid at the time they are placed. Orders submitted
without payment enclosed are not processed and will be subject to a late
fee if the payment arrives after the posted "Proof Card Due" date.
is the purpose of the "$5 Late Fee"? The late fee applies to
additional costs we incur processing a single order after your school's
job has been sent the lab. The discounted school portrait prices listed
on your proof card apply only to orders which are submitted together as
a batch at the same time.
if my child's name is misspelled? Print the correct spelling
in the box on your order envelope. These corrections will be applied to
the name in our database. Sorry, we are not able to include middle initials,
nicknames, or titles such as (Henry Smith) "Jr." or (Andres Mendez) "II".
I order more than one pose? Yes, by ordering more than one package.
Each package is printed from a single pose. You may, however, order more
than one package. Another way to order from multiple poses is to order from
the "Upgrade" selection. Each item listed is printed from a single pose,
but "Upgrades" need not be the same pose as your package. In addition, we
offer two and three pose packages with special pricing incentives.
- How can I order
an additional class picture?
Refer to the "Additional Options" list for the price. Print "one class photo"
in the order box on your proof card. Enter the amount in the price column.
Enclose total payment and return your order to school. NOTE: Your class
picture will be printed from the teacher's name as it is listed on your
- What if the teacher's
name is incorrect?
Line through the incorrect teacher name on the proof card and boldly print
the correct teacher name.
I order an additional proof set? No. Only one proof card is made.
Additional or duplicate proof sets are NOT available.
if I lost my proof card? It is not possible for us to replace
a lost proof card, however, we can email you a digital version. Please call
our office at (480) 664-1820 for more information.
